2. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:

- We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting our customer service.
3. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval of Refunds:
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at kendra@kendrakeenanart.com.
5. Shipping
Return Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
